USED DMC DL 40 LM LATHE

The used DMC DL 40 LM lathe offers a versatile and reliable solution for turning applications. Equipped with a FANUC oi-TF control unit, can handle a maximum rotating diameter of 750 mm and machine workpieces up to a length of 1655 mm. The maximum turning diameter is 520 mm, offering wide machining capabilities. The 15” chuck and A2–11 spindle nose ensure stability and ease of use. With a spindle speed of 2500 rpm and a main engine with a power of 22/26 kW, the DL 40 LM model is capable of tackling jobs complexes with a maximum torque of 956 Nm. The bar passage of diam. 119 mm and a tool holder kit that includes BMT 65 motorized positions ensure additional flexibility and precision. Among the accessories included, we find an Autoblok SLUX-Z self-centering bezel and a chip evacuation system carpet, ensuring efficient and clean turning operations. The Renishaw pre-setting system and a pump 5 bar high pressure coolant improves productivity and overall machine reliability.
